Contact the emergency services without saying a word. A fast, secure, non-verbal channel for emergencies where speaking isn’t possible or safe.

Over the last three years, I’ve worked cross-functionally with developers, product managers and stakeholders at Inclutech, as one of a two-person design team shaping accessible digital products. I’ve taken on projects of all sizes, from small component design to establishing the end-to-end design process across multiple products.
I’ve run usability testing and workshops to ground decisions in what people actually need, and helped build the reusable components and patterns that keep our products consistent and faster to deliver. Beyond that, my own projects explore designing for difficult moments, from neurodiverse drivers to emergency calls where speaking isn’t safe.

In my role as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Inclutech, I had the pleasure of working with Ryan.
Ryan designed UI components and end-to-end user flows in Figma for both web and mobile. He is honest, approachable, and always open to feedback. He was quick to clarify design intent during implementation and flexible when priorities changed. Whenever I needed a design iteration, he responded quickly. His Figma files included clear feature requirements, annotations, and reusable, accessible components and patterns.
I highly recommend Ryan as an accessibility-first UI/UX designer who prioritises user needs, communicates clearly, and collaborates well with the whole team.
I had the pleasure of working with Ryan as a fellow designer at Inclutech. Ryan takes a thoughtful, user-centred approach to design, with a strong focus on understanding user needs and creating accessible, inclusive experiences.
He is collaborative, open to feedback, and communicates his ideas clearly, making him a great person to work with throughout the design process. I would highly recommend Ryan as a UX/UI designer who genuinely cares about the people using the products he designs and the quality of the experience he creates.
